The Experiences
Every Experience is fully inclusive and intentionally structured to support the establishments who create them — with compensation for their craft, built-in gratuity, and a charitable give-back component woven into each evening.
Throughout the year, those moments take two forms.
The RFDW Experiences
During the official Reno Food & Drink Week event window, participating establishments present exclusive, limited offerings created specifically for the event — each incorporating a designated charitable partner.
These limited-ticket Experiences are designed to bring guests closer to the craft behind the food and drink while supporting meaningful community impact. Experiences may include tours, tastings, classes, demonstrations, and other behind-the-scenes moments.
The Afterglow Series
Throughout the year, The Afterglow Series features select 2026 Features and Showcases in curated, limited-capacity events designed to spotlight elevated execution and hospitality.
Each year, Reno Food & Drink Week will host individual Afterglow events spotlighting The Medallion and The Silver Star recipients — refined, capacity-controlled experiences centered on the year’s highest honors. These two events serve as the anchor experiences of the series, with additional Afterglow events scheduled throughout the year based on participating establishments and programming.
All Afterglow events are ticketed, incorporate a designated charitable component, and offer priority access to Reno Food & Drink Week subscribers and app users.
The Afterglow Series is intentionally selective and thoughtfully produced.
