Reno Food & Drink Week (“Event”) is produced and operated by Ignite Mastery LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing tickets, participating in experiences, or engaging with this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Event Overview

Reno Food & Drink Week is a curated culinary event platform featuring ticketed experiences, participating establishments, and performance-based recognition programming. Event details, including participating locations, menu items, dates, and formats, may evolve as necessary.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific event.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except at the discretion of Ignite Mastery LLC.

If an event is canceled by the Event producer, ticket holders will be notified and refund options will be provided. Refunds will not be issued for inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or changes to participating venues.

Event Modifications

Event schedules, participating locations, featured items, and programming are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

Conduct & Participation

Attendees are responsible for their conduct during all Event activities. The Event producer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful.

Attendees acknowledge that food and beverage consumption involves inherent risks, including potential allergens. Participants assume responsibility for their dietary decisions.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Ignite Mastery LLC through Stripe.

The charge appearing on your bank or credit card statement may reflect Ignite Mastery LLC.

By submitting payment, you authorize the Company to charge the selected payment method for the total amount due.

Sponsorship & Promotional Participation

Sponsorships, promotional placements, and advertising participation agreements are governed by separate written agreements. Once confirmed and scheduled, sponsorship and promotional fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All Event branding, formats, materials, scoring structures, and content are the property of Ignite Mastery LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Ignite Mastery LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance, participation, or inability to attend the Event.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
