Reno Food & Drink Week exists to recognize the food and drink locations that consistently deliver quality, hospitality, and care—day after day. Sponsorship is about supporting that work and being visibly aligned with a curated, credibility-driven celebration of Reno’s culinary community.

Sponsors help underwrite the production, storytelling, and recognition that make the event possible. In return, they receive meaningful visibility across trusted channels and—at higher levels—access to Experiences and award-related moments that reflect the excellence being celebrated.

Sponsorship Levels & Benefits

The First Course — $100
The First Course tier offers a simple, meaningful way to support Reno’s food-and-drink community while gaining visible recognition. Sponsors at this level receive name recognition on the Sponsor Page, inclusion in the rotating sponsor name display during event season, and recognition in a general sponsor acknowledgment email. This tier is designed for supporters who want to align with the event’s mission without engaging in structured advertising placements.

The Shared Table — $250
The Shared Table tier builds on foundational recognition by introducing logo visibility. Sponsors receive logo placement on the Sponsor Page, inclusion in the rotating logo display during event season, and recognition in sponsor acknowledgment communications. This level provides enhanced brand presence while maintaining a clean separation from paid advertising inventory.

The Tasting Menu — $500
The Tasting Menu tier introduces structured content visibility within the Reno Food & Drink Week platform. Sponsors receive linked logo placement on the Sponsor Page, inclusion in the rotating logo display during event season, and a business blurb of approximately 75–100 words on the Sponsor Page. In addition, sponsors are recognized in one official Reno Food & Drink Week newsletter. This tier is designed for organizations seeking editorial-style exposure within the event ecosystem.

The Signature Dish — $1,000 (limited availability)
The Signature Dish tier expands brand integration through increased digital exposure and in-person access. Sponsors receive enhanced logo placement on the Sponsor Page, rotating logo display inclusion during event season, and an expanded business feature of approximately 150 words on the Sponsor Page. Recognition is included in two Reno Food & Drink Week newsletters, along with one Instagram Story placement formatted at 1080 x 1920. Sponsors also receive two tickets to one Reno Food & Drink Week Experience of their choice, creating a direct connection to the event audience.

The Perfect Pairing — $2,500 (limited availability)
The Perfect Pairing tier introduces defined advertising placements and broader digital reach. Sponsors receive priority logo placement on the Sponsor Page and inclusion in the rotating logo display during event season. This level includes one premium web banner on the Reno Food & Drink Week website (2184 x 270) running for 90 days and two premium newsletter banner placements (2064 x 864). Sponsors also receive one Instagram feed feature post and two Instagram Story placements. Four tickets to Reno Food & Drink Week Experiences are included, along with an invitation to attend award presentations.

The Main Course — $5,000 (limited availability)
The Main Course tier provides elevated seasonal integration across Reno Food & Drink Week and select cross-platform visibility. Sponsors receive featured placement near the top of the Sponsor Page and rotating logo display inclusion throughout event season. This level includes one premium web banner on the Reno Food & Drink Week website (2184 x 270) for 120 days and one 900 x 900 display ad on Hungry in Reno for 90 days. Sponsors receive three premium newsletter banner placements, two Instagram feed posts, and three Instagram Story placements. Six tickets to Reno Food & Drink Week Experiences and two tickets to one Afterglow Series Experience are included. A dedicated sponsor spotlight article is published on Reno Food & Drink Week, and sponsors are recognized during award communications and invited to attend award presentations.

The Chef’s Table — $7,500 (limited availability)
The Chef’s Table tier offers strategic cross-platform integration and extended advertising duration. Sponsors receive prominent placement near the top of the Sponsor Page and rotating logo display inclusion during event season and for 90 days post-event. This level includes one premium web banner on Reno Food & Drink Week (2184 x 270) for six months and one premium web banner placement on Hungry in Reno for six months. Four premium newsletter banner placements are included, along with three Instagram feed posts and four Instagram Story placements. Sponsors may provide one short-form video advertisement of up to 60 seconds for placement within the event’s digital ecosystem. Eight tickets to Reno Food & Drink Week Experiences and four tickets to Afterglow Series Experiences are included. A dedicated feature article is published on Reno Food & Drink Week and cross-promoted on Hungry in Reno, with recognition included in media materials and award presentations.

The Grand Reserve (Presenting Sponsor) — $10,000 (only one available)
The Grand Reserve tier establishes the presenting sponsor as the principal partner of Reno Food & Drink Week. The sponsor is recognized as “Reno Food & Drink Week presented by [Sponsor Name]” across the website header, ticket pages, and key digital materials. Premier placement is secured at the top of the Sponsor Page, along with year-round rotating logo display inclusion. This level includes one premium web banner on Reno Food & Drink Week (2184 x 270) for 12 months with quarterly creative refresh, and one premium web banner on Hungry in Reno for 12 months with quarterly creative refresh. Six premium newsletter banner placements are distributed throughout the year. Sponsors receive four Instagram feed posts, six Instagram Story placements, and one short-form sponsored video placement of up to 60 seconds. Ten tickets to Reno Food & Drink Week Experiences and six tickets to Afterglow Series Experiences are included. A dedicated feature article is published on both Reno Food & Drink Week and Hungry in Reno. The Presenting Sponsor receives verbal acknowledgment during award presentations and first right of refusal for the following year’s presenting sponsorship.

Sponsors do not influence invitations, judging, scoring, or outcomes; all evaluation processes remain independent and grounded in established criteria and real guest experiences. This structure preserves the integrity of the event while enabling meaningful, credible coverage that celebrates excellence across the local food-and-drink landscape.
