The Experience Philosophy
The Experiences are designed to elevate what hospitality can look like — for guests, for chefs and service teams, and for the broader culinary community.
These are not large-scale events. They are intentionally curated, limited-capacity evenings built around precision, atmosphere, and respect for craft. Each Experience is structured to feel seamless for guests and supportive for the establishments who bring it to life.
Supporting the Craft
Independent restaurants, bars, bakeries, and distilleries are the backbone of Reno’s culinary identity. When we invite them to design a custom tasting, curated pairing, or one-night-only format, we treat that work as the professional endeavor it is.
Participating establishments are compensated for their hard costs, including product, labor, and applicable tax. Gratuity is built into every ticket so service teams are recognized generously and intentionally.
When culinary professionals are supported properly, they are able to create at a higher level. That elevation is felt in every detail — from the pacing of a course to the final pour of the evening.
All-Inclusive By Design
Every Experience ticket is fully inclusive.
The culinary program, beverage pairings, tax, and gratuity are included in the ticket price. There are no add-ons or surprise charges at the end of the night.
This structure allows guests to relax into the evening without transactional interruptions. It also allows our partners to execute with clarity and confidence, knowing the parameters are thoughtfully established in advance.
Community as a Core Ingredient
Each Experience also includes a charitable give-back component.
A portion of every ticket sold supports a local nonprofit organization. Culinary celebration and community investment are not separate ideas — they reinforce one another. When we gather around exceptional food and drink, we can also strengthen the place we call home.
