Centro is participating in Reno Food & Drink Week as one of The Showcases, presenting a prix fixe menu created exclusively for the event. As a Showcase participant, Centro is eligible for The Medallion. Verified guest feedback collected during the event determines the top four Showcase establishments that advance to the second tier of judging, where final awards are decided through a weighted combination of public scoring and secret judge evaluation.
