Join us for an exclusive Basque-inspired culinary experience celebrating The Wheyfarer, recipient of the 2026 Reno Food & Drink Medallion.

The evening begins with a welcome glass of cava and a traditional Serrano ham and melon pintxo, followed by house-made potato bread with espelette butter. Guests will then enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner featuring baked clams with chorizo, a vibrant Gilda salad with black garlic Manchego and boquerones, slow-cooked confit pork cheeks with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, chimichurri, and Cana de Cabra, before concluding with chocolate mousse and burnt Basque cheesecake.

Every course has been crafted exclusively for this special evening, showcasing the culinary artistry, hospitality, and attention to detail that earned The Wheyfarer Northern Nevada’s highest dining honor.
